Jenny Phillips was honored by her peers (and mentors) of the TCPPA (Twin Cities Profesional Photographers Association.) This portrait of brother and sister duo Kate and John Bernhardt, of Medina, MN, placed well in the TCPPA anual print competition and Phillips was awarded third place in the Portrait Photographer of the Year catagory.
